How Much is Too Much?

You know you have too much fabric when you clean out the office closet and find four yards of dark blue silk charmeuse that you have never seen before in your life.
You know you have too many patterns, if, when trying to organize them (a Sisyphean task)you find not two but three of the same one.
You have too many shoes if you find new shoes in the back of your closet but it's the wrong size. Did I think somehow my feet would shrink?

Oh dear... now the fabric, totally would (and has) happen to me. Patterns... I don't buy them much so I've only ever doubled up... but SHOES!?

I take my shoes way too seriously to buy a whole size wrong. (Although I have seriously contemplated buying the wrong size when a shoe I MUST HAVE isn't available in my size... so far I've managed to overcome this compulsion... so far....)

I had to laugh - I found some blue silk charmeuse several months ago that I couldn't identify!! How did I lose silk??? I LOVE silk!!! I'm so glad I'm not alone.

I would love to find some silk charmeuse that I did not remember in my stash! Sadly, not gonna happen. Duplicate patterns--yes, that has happened once! So aggravating.
